Profanity filter
Facebook has created its own profanity filter, which automatically hides comments that include inappropriate words from your wall. This filter has been turned on for all offices.
Blocked keywords:
JBCA is complementing this profanity filter with adding a CSV list with inappropriate keywords, and for example negative and anti-vaccine keywords. This list can be updat- ed by your office at anytime.
Reviews:
Users can leave reviews on Facebook if the review setting is on. However this function can be turned on and off anytime. A the time of writing this document, it’s not possible to delete or hide individual comments, but inappropriate comments can be flagged through Facebook.
