Only an admin can assign roles and change others’ roles.
Please remember, once you give someone admin rights, they can present the business and post without any approvals. Admins can also give further admin rights to other users. Be mindful when granting admin rights to your business page.
We recommend assigning a “Social media champion” from your office, would login to Facebook for example every morning and evening, and reply to any comments or inquiries that have come through during the evening/day.
