for you, the safe haven We have together. Please. I know it will be difficult, and you will experience discomfort, but
when you do, I have complete confidence in you that you will choose to be obedient and courageous. You will need
both. This battle wasn't meant for you. I am asking you to stay inside because I see what you cannot. Blades are
being thrown all around you. Let me fight them. Stay inside. Soak in My love. You are safe.

               Comfort
               Comfort for yourself
If you are like so many of us, who have been left stunned, shocked or unable to comprehend why a relationship was
lost, understand this: If you are meant to be with that person, no amount of time or distance will change that. As the
Lord tells us in His word, "Therefore, what God has joined together, let no one separate" (Mark 10:9, NIV). Take
solace in that. And remember, God always has your best interest in mind. If that woman you love so much is not
who the Lord has for you, imagine how much more you will love the one He does have for you. If that good man
you think is your prince charming, but who wasn't given the Lord's permission to take you as his wife, then imagine
the great man He has for you. Let that soak in. This truth – if you let it – will offer you a sense of peace and hope
like you have never experienced before. A hope for the love He has for you. I don’t know about you, but the idea of
this makes me so excited to see how the Lord “shows off” in His plans for a mate for me. Walk in His standard and
remember — Comfort provides us (and others) with hope.

               Comfort for others
A deep sense of mental strength comes from helping others. Everywhere we go, we have an opportunity. An
opportunity to bring good, not harm. To be a beacon of light. Take all the lessons you have learned and pack them in
a backpack to take with you anywhere you go. This way, you always have the resources you need to comfort
someone the way the Lord once comforted you. Make sure to offer all that the Lord has taught you in a space of
humility. Keep in mind sometimes you may have to go through things not for you, but for someone else. Seek to
glorify His name and His Kingdom, not yours. This will establish in you a great sense of purpose. And when we are
living out our purpose, we are beacons of hope. I pray that you feel empowered and excited to walk forward truly
loving. The effect is a contagious one. Continue to pass it on as you live intentionally.
