   100% of the employees of Ratti SpA, Creomoda and
La Maison des Accessoires are covered by national collective agreements. Textrom guarantees it will respect national legislation regarding a minimum salary, supplementing this by an amount stipulated in an internal agreement between representatives of the workers and the company. In Ratti International Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and
Ratti USA Inc. there are no collective agreements – employees and the company sign individual contracts. Overall, 96.61% of employees are covered by collective contractual agreements.
