Coming soon—Adventist Healthcare Retirement Plan (AHRP) and the Adventist Health Retirement Plans are moving to Fidelity!
We recently completed a review of our retirement plan provider and are pleased to share that we have selected Fidelity Investments® for the exceptional service it provides. AHRP and Adventist Health Retirement Plans (401(k), 457(b), 403(b) ERISA, and 457(b) Eligible Deferred Compensation (Legacy Church) will be moving
to Fidelity effective January 1, 2021. We’re making this change to help improve your experience and to offer better customer service, online tools, and educational resources.
Once AHRP and Adventist Health Retirement Plans transition to Fidelity:
The range of investment options will continue to be available.
The NetBenefits® website and mobile app will be accessible to manage your account.
Online planning tools, videos, and workshops will be available to help you make decisions for your future.
AHRP Representatives will continue to be available. In addition, help and advice from Fidelity’s experienced phone representatives will also be available.
Fidelity has Investor Centers, where you can meet with local professionals trained to provide investment help. Additional Investor Center services are also offered beyond your
employer-sponsored retirement plan.
Employer match and basic discretionary contributions, if eligible, along with most other provisions will not be changing as part of this transition.
A transition website will be available to provide information and updates as we transition to Fidelity. You will be notified once the transition is complete on January 1, 20201. We’re excited about the changes ahead for the AHRP and Adventist Health Retirement Plans and the move to Fidelity.
Investing involves risk, including risk of loss.

Newsworthy
HI Now host Kanoe Gibson spoke with Adventist Health Castle President Kathy Raethel about the new honor from U.S. News & World Report.
U.S. News & World Report just recently released its 2020 – 2021 Best Hospitals rankings, and the 31st edition includes special recognition of the efforts by the nation’s health professionals who are stepping up during COVID-19, leaving many at great personal risk.
“This is a publication that’s been evaluating hospitals for 31 years, and they identify hospitals based on best
practices in specialty areas,” Raethel explained.
Adventist Health Castle was recognized in three areas: Orthopedic surgery, repair of an aortic aneurysm, and for patient experience and engagement.
“We have to tell government agencies and other agencies how we’re doing. We have to report things that go wrong, things that go right,” Raethel said. “And so they look at all of that publicly reported data and they dissect it different ways.”
