FEATURES
FEATURES
HEEL PROTECTION
There are several levels of technology to help guard sticks from the abrasive wear of playing on synthetic pitches.
DHP Durazone Heel Protection
An advanced formulation of abrasion- resistant materials which dramatically reduces heel wear.
CHP Carbon Heel Protection
Mid-level heel protection featuring carbon and aramid.
IHP Integrated Heel Protection
A specific combination of high-strength fibreglass and impact-resistant resin.
PLAYING FACE
The playing face dramatically affects the characteristics of each stick, especially when receiving the ball and in one-touch skills.
PFA Pro Feel Area
Combined with aramid, the vibration- dampening foam used in Kinetic Core Technology softens the first touch, while the external playing surface is both textured and coated in a high-grip silicone.
IFA Improved Feel Area
A special combination of shock-absorbing aramid and fibreglass softens the first touch of the ball, while a textured surface helps grip the ball.
TFA True Feel Area
A specifically formulated composition of fibreglass in the playing face gives the true feeling of how the stick is playing.
BACKHAND ZONE
The backhand zone of sticks is particularly at risk from damage, due to the small surface area which bears the force of each strike.
PEP Pro Edge Protection
An advanced formulation of impact-resist- ant materials and resin formulation, to help improve the longevity of the backhand edge.
CEP
CARBON TECHNOLOGY
Sticks in the Grays collection are carefully engineered to have optimal levels of rein- forcement. Carbon enhances the stiffness and power of each stick, and is available in several technologies
TRITEC Top Level Technology
Grays’ unique carbon reinforcement pro- vides multi-angular reinforcement, giving unrivalled structural stability to the stick, and maximum power transfer when hitting.
TWILL UD High Level Reinforcement
Twill carbon with additional carbon Torque Bars provides extra stability against twisting forces, and increases the strike zone of the stick.
TWILL Mid Level Reinforcement High-modulus carbon is woven to create an interlinking structure, which reinforces the structural integrity of the stick, and increas- es power transfer.
HEADSHAPES
To suit all styles of play, the collection features three angles of headshape, which complement the shape profile of each stick.
MAXI 45° Angle
Traditional shape for hitting
MICRO 50° Angle
Modern shape for dynamic play
HOOK 75° Angle
Greater surface area for stopping
Carbon Edge Protection
Mid-level edge protection featuring carbon and aramid.
IEP Integrated Edge Protection
A specific combination of high-strength
fibreglass and impact-resistant resin.
HANDLES
Sticks in the collection feature different levels of handle technology, to reduce the impact of energy transferred from striking the ball.
PDH Pro Dampening Handle
A lightweight, high performance foam surrounds the handle to efficiently dissipate shockwaves.
ERH Energy Reduction Handle
A moulded rubber sleeve reduces the vibrational energy
TFH True Feel Handle
A specific combination of high-strength fibreglass and impact-resistant resin.
