 A LIVE-IN CARER WILL HELP WITH: -
Personal Care
Getting dressed and undressed, toileting, bathing, showering, personal grooming.
Helping you in and out of bed
Companionship, watching TV together, enjoying the newspaper or often helping you to facetime loved ones.
Socialising
Housework
Laundry
Home Security – they can be that extra pair of eyes to make sure all is secure.
Feeding your pets
Organising and getting to appointments
Live-in carers do not work 24 hours a day. They do need to sleep.
Live-in carers work an average of 8 – 10 hours a day, caring for you and your home.
They have a daily two hour break. It is important they sleep at night so they can be fresh to care for you the next day. Don’t panic though if you need night care, we can provide a second live-in carer to care for you at night.
