We are a family owned and managed business covering the whole of the South of England.
Welcome to Ranger Home Care Ltd, a family owned and managed business. I am Natalie Ranger (RGN, partner of Ranger Home Care) since 2007 my husband James and I have owned a live-in care business.
We have 4 children; some are old enough to work in the business in their holidays, so don’t ever be surprised if you call and one of them answers the phone!
Before we were in the live-in care industry I worked as an RGN within complex care environments, night duty, worked in A&E, hospitals and community care settings. As a HCA I worked in the UK, and Australia within Care Homes, Special Needs homes and hospitals. I also have a Business Studies Degree and worked initially as a headhunter in London. Where I met James.
James has an Economics Degree and worked in the Banking and IT sector when we met. James decided to join me in the live-in care industry in 2007 embracing new skills such, as becoming a qualified First Aider and Moving and Handling Trainer. Learning about complex care and supporting our commitment to delivering excellent live-in care. James and I are on the on call rota, we both work in the office full time, we have also covered for live-in carers. We have a ‘hands -on’ approach and enjoy sharing our clients care journeys and carers career journeys.
