The sale will be conducted in accordance with Conditions of Sale as set down by the Stock and Station Agents Association. A copy of which will be exhibited at the Sale.
Insurance
Purchasers are strongly advised to insure all cattle prior to transit. Insurance representatives will be available on‐Sale Day.
Overseas Conditions
All Sales to overseas buyers are conditional on the cattle passing the necessary tests for importation into the purchaser’s country.
Other Conditions
1. All buyers are required to register with the booking clerk prior to the sale. Sale Pens and Lots (will be sent separately).
2. Every effort has been made to present the information in this catalogue accurately. No responsibility is accepted for the use of or interpretation of the information on the animals included in this catalogue or for the accuracy of information herein.
3. Each lot offered will carry the Vendor’s personal guarantee of fertility or your money back.
4. The order of sale may not be as catalogued
5. All lots sold are exclusive of GST.

Semen Rights
Earnscleugh Station Ltd reserves the right to collect semen from any bull in this catalogue. Collection will be at our expense and at a time that is at the purchasers convenience. Semen collected will be for use only within herds owned or contracted to Earnscleugh Station Ltd.
