Nova Poshta opens first branch abroad. Ukrainian privately-owned postal service Nova Poshta, which has over 9,300 branches across Ukraine, has opened its first foreign branch in Warsaw, Poland. The company expects to add four Polish cities to its roster by the end of the month: Krakow, Wroclaw, Rzeszow, and Poznan.

Russian special forces abducted Zaporizhia NPP Deputy General Director for Personnel Valeriy Martyniuk on October 10 and he is kept in secret detention, apparently using their methods of torture and intimidation, National Nuclear Generating Company Energoatom has reported.
Since the beginning of the Russian aggression, NPC Ukrenergo has received assistance in the form of supplies of equipment and materials from five European transmission system operators (TSOs) represented by the Belgian Elia, the Polish PSE, the Italian Terna, as well as the German Amprion and 50 Hertz, the company reported in its Telegram channel on Tuesday.
Russia's recent attacks cause energy giant DTEK $40mn worth of damage. Ukraine's largest private energy company DTEK has lost roughly $40mn since October 10, when Russia started to massively hit the country's energy infrastructure sites, Maxim Timchenko, head of DTEK, told Interfax Ukraine. Timchenko called the situation "catastrophic both from the point of view of the destruction and from the point of view of the efforts required for recovery."
