The number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Russia has reached a pre-war level of 5.7mn, according to Auditor at Russia’s Accounts Chamber Danil Shilkov, reports TASS.
Many international companies have suspended their operations but most are in “wait and see” mode. Yale estimates some 300 have actually left. The Kyiv Economics School, which had a bigger sample, estimates only 40 have actually completed their exit.
