Investment in creation of facilities producing pharmaceutical ingredients is expected at about RUB50bn, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Vasily Osmakov said on November 23. According to the official, India and China continue shipping substances to Russia, and there is no deficit in the country. "At the same time, we are launching a substances imports replacement project called Substances of Russia. It amounts to about 50bn (rubles) of investment starting from next year at 10 plants that will produce substances," Osmakov said.
