    Forbes estimates Russia has spent $82bn on war with Ukraine since February 24. During nine months of its full-scale attack on Ukraine, Russia has spent $82bn on war, which is a quarter of its annual budget, according to Forbes. They calculated that Russia has used 10,000 to 50,000 shells per day in the war, and the average price of a Soviet-caliber shell [sic] is about $1,000. It brings Russia's spending to more than $5.5bn on artillery supplies alone.
The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution on reparations to Ukraine from Russia on November 14. The UN General Assembly, by a majority of votes, adopted the ‘Providing legal remedies and reparations in connection with aggression against Ukraine” resolution, prepared by Ukraine with co-authorship by more than fifty countries. The resolution contains a confirmation of the UN states’ position in support of the sovereignty, independence, unity, and territorial integrity of Ukraine and a demand for the Russian Federation to withdraw all its armed forces from the territory of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. Furthermore, the General Assembly acknowledges that Russia should be held accountable for violations of international law, in particular its aggression, as well as for violations of international humanitarian law and human rights. Accordingly, the Russian Federation’s legal consequences should include compensation for damages caused to Ukraine.
The grain corridor initiative is extended for four months. In Istanbul, under guarantees from the UN and Turkey, the grain corridor initiative was extended to export food from three Ukrainian seaports for another 120 days, announced the Minister of Infrastructure, Oleksandr Kubrakov on November 17. The minister added Ukraine has officially turned to partners within the initiative with a proposal to extend it for at least a year and to include the port of Mykolaiv. The minister emphasized the importance of ensuring the Joint Coordination Center’s effective work, so the Ukrainian contingent made its proposals to solve existing problems. "We must use all the available export potential of our ports to supply the necessary amounts of food to the world,” the minister summed up.
The European Parliament will consider a resolution on recognizing the Russian Federation as a terrorist state, said a member of the European Parliament, Rasa Yukniavicene. On the EP website, it is noted that on the eve of the G20 summit, the group expressed strong disapproval of Russia’s presence at the G20 leaders’ talks. "We allow one of the leaders of a terrorist state to participate on an equal footing in the discussion about the future of the world - this is what it means to allow Lavrov to sit at the same table with the rest of the G20 leaders. This is unacceptable. We should never negotiate with terrorists," Yukniavicene stressed. According to her, the European Parliament
