     Oschadbank will join in the construction of a 520 MW wind power plant in western Ukraine. The state bank will take part in implementing a project from the Friendly Wind Technology company to construct a wind farm with a capacity of 520 MW in the west of Ukraine, said the deputy chairman of the board of the bank, Yuriy Katsion. In particular, the bank will partially finance the construction of 100 wind turbines. "The project will be implemented jointly with large commercial companies and private investors," Katsion clarified. He emphasized that the bank's partner is a national wind energy equipment manufacturer, "about whom the president and government representatives spoke at the Made in Ukraine platform presentation." The details of project implementation are currently being worked out. The experience of Oschadbank in financing green energy projects already includes more than 833 MW of installed capacity at a cost of more than €890M.

Metinvest plans to invest in Ukraine's reconstruction, but there are obstacles. The general director of the Metinvest group, Yuriy Ryzhenkov, says the expansion of logistics capabilities, currency liberalization, and transparent rules for booking employees are important conditions for developing export-oriented companies in Ukraine during the war. The opening of the sea corridor has allowed the company to increase its export volume, “although some difficulties with logistics still remain," he emphasized. According to him, Metinvest is already planning the next round of investment, which will become the basis for the country's post-war reconstruction. However, businesses need currency liberalization to improve the investment climate and continue investing in Ukraine. In addition, the company struggles to increase production due to the current worker mobilization rules. "That's why we need more transparent reservation rules from the state that would stimulate business growth, not just the outflow of personnel to the Defense Forces," Ryzhenkov explained.
