Chinese DJI drones continue to flow into Russia for its war in Ukraine. Small commercial drones continue to flow from China into Russia, where they are weaponized and sent to the front lines to attack Ukrainian troops, the Wall Street Journal reported on February 18.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has said it would be unreasonable if the weapons supplied to Ukraine could be used for attacking Russia’s territory. "It’s absolutely obvious that everything we are doing is acceptable," Scholz said in an interview with the ZDF TV channel. "However, at the same time it’s always right to be wise and that’s why it would be unwise if those who are using the weapons which we are supplying [to Kiev] for example, could carry out an attack on Russia’s soil," the German chancellor said. "This is on what we have also agreed and we agree that this is not going to happen," he assured.
Nuland: US supports Ukraine striking targets in Crimea. "Russia has turned Crimea into a massive military installation...those are legitimate targets, Ukraine is hitting them, and we are supporting that," said U.S. Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. "Ukraine is not going to be safe unless Crimea is at a minimum demilitarised," she added.
