  4.2.2 PPI dynamics
   Producer prices in Russia rose 3.8 percent year-on-year in September of 2022, the same as in the previous month and remaining the lowest increase since December last year.
Main upward pressure came from electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning (5 percent), followed by water supply (4.9 percent), manufacturing (4.7 percent) and mining (0.7 percent). On a monthly basis, producer prices went down 0.8 percent, following a 1 percent fall in August. source: Federal State Statistics Service
In August 2022, compared to July, in the extraction of minerals for deliveries to the domestic market, a significant decrease in prices was noted for coking coal - by 40.9%, anthracite - by 31.6%, ores and concentrates of other non-ferrous metals, not included in other groups - by 31.5%, enriched coal and anthracite - by 25.9%, natural diamonds (except industrial) - by 16.3%, coal, except for anthracite, coking coal and brown coal - by 14.0% , unstable gas condensate - by 12.5%, iron ore concentrate - by 11.3%. At the same time, prices for natural crushed stone increased by 43.3%, amber - by 33.1%, nickel concentrates - by 22.3%.
In manufacturing industries, for the third month in a row, there has been a decrease in prices for chemicals and chemical products. Prices fell the most for derivatives of chlorinated acyclic hydrocarbons - by 33.9%, technical gas
