Ukraine posted a current account surplus was a surplus of $2.6bn in July 2023. There was a surplus of $970mn in June 2023. There was a current account deficit of $780mn in July following four straight months of surplus, and a surplus of $1.4bn a year previously.1 day ago
5.2.3 Gross international reserves
In July, the reserves increased by 6.9%, reaching a new record high for the second consecutive time since Ukraine gained its independence. Previously, maximum high reserves recorded on 1 July 2023 accounted for $39,026.5bn on August 7.
