While the Arc7 carriers can serve the Northern Sea Route during the summer from northern Russia to Asia, during winter serve westward directions and either deliver to northwest Europe or transfer LNG for onward journeys to Asia. Recent reports suggested that Russian gas giant Gazprom could also try to benefit from developing Northern Sea Route infrastructure by building Russia's most northern railway to Sabetta port together with Russian Railways.
The best roads in Russia are the Tyumen, Naberezhnye Chelny and Moscow highways, according to a SuperJob survey. Sociologists asked drivers how they evaluate the quality of roads in their cities, the survey was conducted from October 25 to November 12 in 37 cities with a population of over 500,000 inhabitants. There were four possible answers: “excellent”, “good”, “satisfactory”, “unsatisfactory”. Tyumen became the absolute leader in the rating with an average score of 4.25, 40% of respondents called the road condition excellent. Naberezhnye Chelny scored 3.75 points, Moscow - 3.57. The northern capital did not even enter the top ten of the ranking, ranking 13 from 3.08 points. St. Petersburg overtook Kemerovo (3.50), Novokuznetsk (3.48), Krasnodar (3.36), Voronezh (3.28), Kazan (3.27), Tolyatti (3.22) and Penza (3, 13). Sarats and Ryazan became the outsiders with a score of 2.54 and 2.52 points, respectively. The worst thing about the state of the roads in his city was the residents of Vladivostok, who received 2.45 points.

Russian government could run out of some medicines and medical equipment after 2021, Kommersant daily said on November 12 citing the letter of Medical Resources union of producers to Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. Reportedly medical equipment producers warn that they are unlikely to meet the government deadline and re-register their produce by 2021, which is required under the directives of the Eurasian Economic Union.
