Kommersant, citing sources, reported that the secretary of the General Council of United Russia and deputy chairman of the Federation Council Andrei Turchak could be appointed governor of the Altai Republic. Now Turchak is actually the main person in United Russia: he is responsible for operational management, personnel policy, the work of the executive committee, resolving regional conflicts and election results. And he estimated United Russia’s contribution to the recent re-election of Vladimir Putin at 41%.
6.1.4 Budget dynamics - National Projects
RUB 300bn rubles are allocated for the national project on robotics and machine tool construction in National Projects. According to the prime minister on June 11, despite the low base, the measures taken in 2023 made it possible to increase the production of machine tool products by 60%.
