In the Yug Rusi Group of Companies, the change of the general director was associated with the "usual rotation of management." Why is it important Last year, the holding of the family of the former Krasnodar governor and ex-Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev lacked literally a thousand hectares to become the largest latifundist in Russia, but his land bank grew faster than anyone in Russia. In fact, Agrocomplex has, most likely, much more land. Structures associated with him acquired the largest agricultural holding in Crimea, and foreign media accused him of seizing more than 160,000 hectares of agricultural land in the occupied regions of Ukraine.
With Yug Rus, Agrocomplex will receive 28% of the output of bottled sunflower oil (brands Zolotaya Semechka, Zlato, Milora) and 12% of the output of crude oil. It is provided by nine oil plants, elevators, as well as its own oil loading terminal on the Black Sea.
The latter is the most important: while the domestic oil market is constantly threatened by restrictive regulation, the external market provides direct access to non-grain foreign exchange earnings. Last season Yug Rusi exported nearly 400,000 tons of oil, the most in the country. The situation for the oil extraction business (despite the fall in prices) remains favorable in the context of protective duties on the export of “seeds”, there are no formal sanctions against Russian exports of agricultural products, and in any case, the largest buyers of sunflower oil are India, China and Turkey.
Alexander Tkachev himself has been under EU sanctions since 2014, only Ukraine has imposed sanctions against his family's company.

● Ozon
According to The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg decision, the sanctions should be lifted from the ex-CEO of Ozon Alexander Shulgin on September 6. But all other published solutions are rejected. The ex-owner of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) Dmitry Pumpyansky, billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev, Gennady Timchenko and his wife, as well as the former managing director of Yandex Tigran Khudaverdyan, failed to achieve the lifting of sanctions.
The justification for the EU sanctions against the former top manager of Yandex and the ex-CEO of Ozon Alexander Shulgin was the most fragile. In fact, it has two points: Shulgin, by virtue of his position, participated in the meeting of less than 40 representatives of big business with Putin on February 24, therefore, he is an "influential businessman." Ozon, headed by him, makes
