The Ukrainian pharmaceutical market is gradually recovering. According to the results of the first six months of 2023, Ukraine's medical product sales volume exceeded 420mn packages. Ukraine plans to become the largest European arms producer. Ukraine has ambitions to become the largest arms manufacturer in Europe and can already talk about its first successes as a missile manufacturer, said Minister of Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshyn. The minister stated, "We are building Ukraine's power as a weapons manufacturer. We already have had the first successes, I cannot reveal more, but the greatest emphasis is placed on the production of missiles." Kamyshyn emphasized that the production capacity of the Ukrainian defence industry has doubled over the past month. The Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine is one of the co-founders of the Brave1 project, which supports Ukrainian defence tech development. According to Kamyshyn, this project should allow manufacturers to quickly go from concept to a contract with the Ministry of defence of Ukraine. The project is also aimed at attracting foreign investors.
