     Why liquefied gas is in short supply at Ukrainian fuel stations A third of imported liquefied gas is delivered by road through Polish checkpoints, some of which are blocked by protesters. This has caused shortages and increased prices.
      Demand for used cars increased by 41% over the year. In October, Ukrainians bought 21,300 used cars imported from abroad. Compared to October 2022, the registration of such cars increased by 41%, and compared to the previous month, it increased by 1%.
The demand for electric cars in Ukraine has risen by 180% in one year.
Almost 28,700 electric cars have been registered for the first time in Ukraine since the beginning of 2023. The registration of green cars increased the share of new cars from 16% to 20%.

   ● Trains
Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania will speed up rail connections between ports. Railway operators in Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania have agreed on measures to improve transportation in the Reni-Giurgiulesti-Galac direction and vice versa. The parties identified the following measures to improve the situation:
● non-stop travel through Reni
● coordination of transported volumes in five days
● transfer of complete collective trains from Moldova to Romania, 50–60 wagons
● three-way exchange of information on the movement of wagons and the daily processing capacity of receiving terminals in Galatasaray
● integration of receiving terminals in Galatsia to JSC Mesplan
It is emphasized that the implementation of these actions will bring several advantages, in particular, increasing the throughput capacity of the Giurgiulesti-Galatz checkpoint by three times, reducing the transit time of carriages between the ports of Ukraine, Moldova, and Romania by two to three days, and reducing transport costs.
The corridors of solidarity are under threat due to Polish transporters' strike at the border with Ukraine. The State Border Service reported the start of a freight traffic blockage at the Yagodin-Dorokhusk, Krakivets-Korchova, and Rava-Ruska-Hrebene border checkpoints on November 6. The protest’s organizers plan to allow one truck per hour, as well as trucks with security cargo, humanitarian goods, and those transporting animals, perishable products, etc. Polish carriers have permission to strike until January.
