To achieve these aims NODA is divided into eleven regions each headed by by a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a regional regional councillor who sits on on on on on on the the the the the national council council (ruling body of of of of the the the the the the the the the the Association) and and and supported by by a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a network of of of of regional regional representatives and and and officials These volunteers are the the the the the the the the the the vital link to to the the the the the the the the the the grass roots of of of of the the the the the the Association
