Next Steps
There are a few steps that need to take place prior to listing your home on the market. The following tasks will need to occur a few days before your home hits the market, and I will work with your timeline to be sure the home is ready.
PAPERWORK
There are a few real estate documents and disclosures to fill out. We will send these over to you via email to sign electronically. Once these are filled out and signed we will be able to proceed with getting your home listing ready!
PHOTOGRAPHY & MATTERPORT TOUR
We will schedule the photoshoot & Matterport tour to occur on the same day. This may take a few hours and we will be present the entire time.
SIGN INSTALLATION
We will have a For Sale sign installed a few days prior to your home hitting the market.
LOCK BOX
An electronic lock box will be installed on the front of the home with any necessary keys for the property
KEYS
Make two extra copies of your keys so we can place one in the lock box and keep a spare key at our office.
HOUSEWORK
Do a deep clean of the home before photography & showings.
