Pinault notes some of the most popular non-traditional cellars are, “the modern, all-glass and two-tone  nish looks,” and that their designs are made to “meet the aesthetic, functional and budgetary goals of our client.”
Curtis “Curt” Dahl, co-owner of Joseph
& Curtis Custom Wine Cellars in New Jersey says the company utilizes a variety of materials
to create its elegant wine cellars. “The materials used can be wood, metals, acrylics, glass and many others, depending on design and, of course, budget,” says Dahl. “Metal and wood are the most common materials used.” Started over a glass of wine at dinner, the two former Wall Street traders took their love of  ne wine and design and turned it into a business.
From glass walls as a centerpiece in the dining area, to a more traditional cellar that’s a collector’s dream, the company has an idyllic portfolio.
