Padua Volleyball Finishes as Division I State Runners-Up
Padua Volleyball finished their season as OHSAA Division I State Runners-Up for the third year in a row on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Vandalia Butler High School. They lost in four sets to Mount Notre Dame (Cincinnati) (25-14 win, 25-14 loss, 25-12 loss, 25-18 loss). Padua finished the season 21-1.
The senior class finished their career with an overall record of 101-8 in their 4 years.
The Lady Bruins spent part of their season ranked #1 in the nation on PrepVolleyball.com and MaxPreps.com. They were undefeated (21-0) heading into the State Final match.
The Lady Bruins won Division II State Titles in 2017, 2016, 2013, 2009 and 2008. They were Division I State Runners-Up in 2019 and 2018.
