7th Graders Take First Steps to Admission
We welcomed 120 7th grade students at our High School
Placement Test (HSPT) Preparation Course in
June 2018. These students received instruction in English and Math and some basic study skills
to help them do well on the HSPT. At the end of week, they took the test
and can use that for their score when they apply to Padua in January. Registration for next year’s High School Placement Test Preparation
Class will be available on our website beginning in January.
MyPad Simplifies Admissions Process for Prospective Families
Padua has introduced MyPad, a new admissions portal for prospective families. When a family registers for MyPad, the Padua Admissions team will keep them updated on all the great things happening on our campus. They will be notified of events applicable to their child’s current grade and interests. Students who are applying to Padua will be assigned a checklist to help keep them on track. If you know of a family that is interested in Padua, please refer them to our Padua website to complete an Inquiry Form.
Future Bruin Breakfast Welcomes
Middle School Students & Families
Middle school students and their families enjoyed breakfast and learned about Padua at our annual Future Bruin Breakfast on May 12, 2018. Assistant Principal Mr. Bob DiRocco spoke about the value of a Franciscan education and what makes Padua unique. Kammy (Coyle) Shuman ’88 and Ann Marie (Parente) Frattare ’94 reviewed important information about the admissions process and answered questions.
