For the past 50 years, Koler Financial Group has emerged as the premiere, full service financial- planning organization in the area. A family business, Koler Financial Group is renowned for their honesty, integrity, and commitment to the clients and the communities they serve. Founded by Alex and Donna in 1972 out of their home in Parma, Koler Financial Group now resides in its location on Pearl Road in Parma Heights. With more than 3,500 clients, Koler Financial Group continues today with its purpose to have a positive impact on their customers’ financial wellbeing. As part of this purpose, they remain actively involved in their local communities. Padua Franciscan High School is proud to award the Franciscan Medal Award to Koler Financial Group for its extremely generous support throughout the years: as platinum-level Bruin Benefit sponsors; as gold-level supporters of the Padua Business Alliance; and as sponsors of both Padua Stadium and Padua Gymnasium scoreboards.
“It’s easy to write that check when you know
where the money is going and how much good
it is going to do for current and future Padua
Bruins,” says Jerry Koler ’86, president of Koler
Financial Group and past chairman of the Board
of Trustees. “It’s pretty amazing to look back and
realize that so many of the decisions we make in
our lives were actually shaped in the classrooms and halls of Padua.” Through its support of the school, Koler Financial Group hopes to continue to help grow the school and allow those in need to get the experiences with which Jerry and his family have been blessed.
Padua is grateful to the Koler family and Koler Financial Group for their generosity and support of Padua and its mission, and proud of the alumni leadership at the helm of the family business: Michael A. Koler ’83, David Koler ’85, Gerald M. Koler ’86, and Ryan M. Koler ’17. Alex (deceased) and Donna’s legacy is a shining example of unending loyalty, and we thank them for entrusting their family to our halls of holiness and learning: Captain Mark C. Koler ’87 (deceased), Christine Hilscher Koler ’87, Alyssa Koler Mackiw ’11, Rebecca A. Koler ’13, Matthew D. Koler ’15, Emily C. Koler ’16, Ian M. Koler ’17, Lauren M. Koler ’17, Kaleigh E.
