Good evening and welcome to the Bruin Benefit Celebrazione!
This is always a very special evening for our Padua Franciscan
family as we once again unite to celebrate all the goodness
of our school. I joyfully thank you for choosing to be with us
tonight. This night has a special significance as we continue to celebrate our 60th jubilee year. So many gathered here tonight hold a special place, not only in my heart, but in the history of our school.
In particular, I want to welcome our Franciscan Provincial Minister Fr. Tom Nairn, ofm along with our President Emeritus Fr. Allan DaCorte, ofm and all the friars who have joined us this evening. These men represent a commitment and dedication to the success of our Franciscan mission and their friendship is cherished.
I am excited to announce, that beginning this evening, we have added the celebration of
our newest Hall of Fame inductees to this event. This is the perfect night to celebrate these achievements, as we come together as the Padua family, to congratulate and honor those individuals and companies that have impacted us greatly and who continue to make Padua proud. I congratulate our inductees: Fr. Bob Stec ’79, Heather (Ross) Scaglione ’89, Br. Thom Smith, ofm and the Koler Financial Group. Together we celebrate their unending loyalty to Padua and thank them for their dedication.
As a Padua family, it is our mission to achieve excellence in holiness and learning. It is also our focus to make certain our students are happy, healthy, holy, highly prepared and hopeful. It is your generosity that makes Padua a premier Franciscan school. It is through your support and commitment that we maintain excellent educational programs and keep tuition affordable for all of our families. Thank you for your partnership with us as we transform the lives of our students.
Have a great time this evening. Enjoy the friendship and food as we create wonderful memories together once again. Thank you for being here tonight and for your contributions to the Bruin Benefit. Know that your generosity is essential to our ministry.
