Recycling in Worcester County
Due to budget constraints, the Ocean City Mayor and City Council voted in April (2010) to discontinue the city’s 23 year old Recycling Program. The county holds special recycling events through-out the year. Electronics Recycling, household hazardous waste collections, and tire amnesty days are held at various times according to state regulations.
