The Farmville Dogwood Festival is a celebration of the community and of spring. Oak, azalea, and dog- wood paint the scene as family and friends gather together for one of the preeminent community festivals in Eastern North Carolina. At the center
of the excitement are local artistic designs such as woodworks, stained glass, jewelry, framed artwork, homemade soaps, pottery, photography, and more. At the ballfield and near the gazebo, musicians fill the air with music. Youth are invited to visit the Kids CoolFest Tent to create crafts free of charge. Food vendors and carnival rides complete the package. The Festival, with the exception of the amusement rides and Saturday evening main concert, is free of charge. Come join in for some old-fashioned, family oriented fun at the Farmville Dogwood Festival.
