the oldest continuously operating legitimate
theatre in the country. Located in the luxurious Hotel du Pont, the brightest stars of stage and screen have lit the Wilmington.

The Delaware Symphony Orchestra opens each season with an exciting Opening Night Concert, launches each New Year with a New Year’s Eve celebration concert, and continues with Classical Series, Chamber Series, and two Lollipop family concerts, as well as many special event concerts throughout the season.
The Delaware Symphony Orchestra is devoted to bringing music to Delaware’s children. Each year more than 11,000 students are treated to performances and discounted concert tickets, as well as offffering open dress rehearsals for high school and college students.

Founded in 1912, the Delaware Art Museum holds a world- renowned collection of more than 12,000 works focusing on American art and illustration from the 19th- to the 21st-century as well as the English Pre-Raphaelite movement of the mid-19th- century.
