The tribe owns and administers the Nanticoke Indian Museum and Indian Village in Millsboro. Their annual powwow is held in Millsboro the weekend after Labor Day attracting over 40,000 people a year. Hours for the center are Mon–Fri 10am to 3pm. Hours for the museum are Apr–Dec Tues–Sat 10am–4pm, Sun 12pm–4pm and Jan–Mar Thurs–Sat 10am–3pm and Sun 12pm–3pm.
