Page is an isolated community of about 8,000 people, surrounded by a Navajo Reservation. It is difficult for people of limited means to travel to big cities to experience cultural experiences. The Lake Powell Concert Association is an all-volunteer non-
profit corporation that was formed to bring culture and the performing arts to the city of Page and the surrounding areas.
The LPCA sponsors a series of concerts each season (October–May) designed for family entertainment. All performances are held in the Cultural Arts Building (CAB) located on the Page High School campus. Sponsorship of the Lake Powell Concert Association helps underwrite the performance fees and is greatly appreciated.
