ICS closed their Oklahoma City of ce and moved all of the work to VP. The new provider did all of the same things the of ce had done, such as answering members’ phone calls
and updating the databases, and ICS was
able to eliminate signi cant overhead costs
associated with physical of ce space and full- time employees. “VP was a more professional option. One person in an of ce alone couldn’t do the job that they were capable of doing,” says Fitzgerald. The move was a good choice for ICS, and today the organization is still thriving and working closely with members to carry on the Comanche tradition. 

ICS is unique in that production of the Comanche has been discontinued for 42 years, leaving the organization as the safeguard of tradition, culture, and community surrounding these aircraft.
