        I  am  Happy  and  proud  to  inform  that  this  college  celebrated  2nd
        Graduation  Ceremony  on  12.03.2024.  Prof.  Hussain  Reddy,    Vice-
        Chancellor,  S.K.University,  Anantapur  and Dr.  Pola Bhaskar,  Com-  5.                           NSS      35-40
        missioner  of  Collegiate  Education  and  Dr.  A.C.R.Diwakar  Reddy,
        Principal,  GDC,  Anantapuram,  Faculty  and  Students  graced  the
        occasion.  The NRC, Anantapuram had organized three  5 day TOT   6.                Alumni Corner    41-41
        Programs  History,  Political  Science  and  Mathematics,  which  were
        addressed by Dr.Pola Bhaskar, Commissioner of Collegiate Educa-
        tion,  A.P.  Vijayawada.  He  was  keen  on  insisting  the  teachers  to
        come to know and make use of the latest pedagogical approaches
        and tools available in the concerned subjects for quality teaching of   7.                 Press Clippings    42-43
        the  subjects.  Prominent  Resource  persons  from  various  subjects
        trained through Online and Offline, the teachers of various degree
        colleges  of  the  districts.  The  department  of  Geology  with  40  stu-
        dents and 5 faculty members paid a visit to  KIOCL, Karnataka iron
        ore  mine  and  surrounding  mines  of  Geological  prominence.    The
        Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR) organized a National
        Horticulture Fair on the 7th of March at IIHR Hessarghatta, Bengaluru.
        This  event  aimed  to  showcase  various  horticultural  varieties,  ma-
        chinery, and innovative techniques to enhance agricultural practic-
        es. Horticulture dept, accompanied by students, provided valuable
        insights  into  the  diverse  range  of  horticultural  products  and  ad-
        vancements in the field. Youth Red Cross Organized Blood Dona-
        tion  Camp  in  association  with  Indian  Red  Cross  Society,  Blood
        Bank, Ananthapuramu Branch along with NSS, NCC Units on   07-03-
        2024.  Sri.  Mahesh  Dagala,  Managing  Director,  Winmart  Business
        Pvt.Ltd,    Bangalore  and  who  is  an  Alumni  of  this  college  donated
        Rs.27.00  lakh  Health  and  Wellness  products  to  the  entire  college                           1
        staff and staff  showing his magnanimity towards institution.
