Conclusion:
Overall the campaign was a real success. The level of interaction and engagement was evident in all delivered sessions. The enthusiasm of all facilitators was high despite the repetition of the workshops in different areas.
The excellent feedback manifests a culture of understanding of all discussed employee development matters.
Recommendation
Management representatives in all areas reveals a strong desire to continuously support and promote employees’ level of thinking towards a more productive and creative work environment. We were asked to keep conducting the same campaign to cover all the employees in their division.
