Executive Summery
As part of Western Region Industrial Security Operation Department(WRISOD) continuous efforts to promote knowledge, awareness, training and personal development within the departments, a new campaign started on the 27th of March, 2019 to framework and elevate the employees’ growth knowledge and skills in the organization under the theme “Shape Your Development Roadmap”. This is meant to enhance the exchange of knowledge among all Security Operations Employees, Fire Protection and the K-9 unit. 423 employees were benefited from the campaign that covered six cities in the western region.
Training Methodology:
The campaign included 80 interactive sessions. The sessions aimed at engaging the employees through many physical and mental activities. The delivery was absolutely not lecturing which made the participants interact positively with the facilitators and among themselves.
Measurement Method:
Each workshop started with measuring the attendees’ knowledge and awareness of certain areas of improvement in question. It also ended with different set of questions to measure the improvement.
Evaluation Method:
At the end of every session, attendees evaluated the facilitators and the material offered during the campaign using a professional evaluation website (Mente.com). The rationale behind this was to get a professional feedback on the campaign anonymously which will help the facilitators to improve. The feedback is attached at the end of the report. Furthermore, a video interviews feedback were recorded to measure the impact those sessions had on the employees.
The Campaign objectives:
Enrich and redefine employee’s self-image.
Reaffirm policies knowledge and the understanding.
Streamline and illustrate rights and responsibilities.
Cultivate two-way communication skills and the emotional intelligence. Structure a successful workplace environment.
