SOLDIERS AT WAR
Greece is made up of lots of different city-states and sometimes they fight each other in wars and battles. Young boys are trained up as soldiers from the age of 18, so that each city-state has an army to defend itself.
Stick in some more soldiers carrying shields. These are called hoplites.
