1.A.3.k Policy Review POLICY: It is the policy of the Light of Truth Center, Inc. to both annually and periodically review identified policies and procedures during the regularly scheduled board meeting. The Light of Truth Center, Inc. shall maintain an ongoing schedule of policy review. Policies that require an annual review are placed on a monthly board calendar review. PROCEDURES: 1. Documents that require an annual review shall be placed on the board policy review schedule. 2. Several policies are placed on the schedule monthly until all policies that require annual review are completed. 3. Policies that require period review will be placed on the schedule for review at selected meetings. 4. Policies will be reviewed for relevance, clarity, accuracy and necessity.
