                 MORE THAN JUST VALUERS
We are very proud to announce that our Julie Murashe has received a top accolade at the prestigious NHS Recognition and Achievement Awards 2019.
Julie, a Viewings Representative at our Millhouses office, collected the Volunteer of
the Year award as a result of her work with the Short Term Educational Programme (STEP), where she helps young people develop positive coping strategies for dealing with mental health issues.
Having previously worked as a Deputy Headteacher for more than 34 years, Julie began volunteering with STEP in her free time before also joining Redbrik earlier this year.
Julie said: “It’s such an honour to have won this award. I stood amongst some truly fantastic people in my category who do amazing volunteer work in the city.
“I’ve been overwhelmed
by the response from my colleagues here at Redbrik – it’s great to be working with a company that demonstrates awareness of the importance of the mental health and wellbeing of its staff.”
Our valuation team do so much more than just put a price on a property – they help our customers to achieve the best possible price for their home through honest, expert advice, knowledge of the area and a thorough understanding of market conditions.
So, to better reflect their role, we’ve made the decision to change their job title to Property Consultants.
Possibly the most critical element of
marketing a property is getting the pricing strategy right from the beginning. Our team all work the same way, and it starts with listening to you, the customer, and understanding why you are selling.
Our team are highly skilled and really understand the market conditions,
as well as being true experts in the locations we cover. Their knowledge and experience will ensure that you have the right marketing strategy if you are selling and they can help you make better decisions for your future.
Redbrik Director Mark Ross with Claire and David Wood from Woodall Homes
We have joined forces with luxury housebuilder Woodall Homes to market the firm’s latest property developments.
The partnership has begun with Redbrik marketing Woodall’s exclusive gated development of 10 luxury bungalows located in Newbold. St Mary’s Walk is
a mix of two, three and four-bedroom detached properties, all of which are completed to a very high specification.
The Barlborough-based Woodall Homes team have been delivering desirable homes since 2011 and pride themselves on providing a high specification to all of their homes.
Woodall Homes Managing Director
David Wood said: “This is an exciting collaboration for both firms. Redbrik have an excellent reputation for award-winning marketing, customer service and use of new technologies. These are just a few of the many driving factors behind the partnership.
“We have several new projects in the pipeline and will be working closely together to bring these to market.”
Mark Ross, Director at Redbrik,
added: “Our New Homes marketing department continues to go from strength to strength, and with a combination of our expertise and Woodall Homes’ high-quality properties, we believe together we can help even more people find their perfect home.”
