OUR PEOPLE: SALES MANAGERS
Good service is what our customers value most and so it’s key to everything we do. Most estate agents say they offer good service, but we believe many don’t have their customers’ needs at heart. We feel pretty bad about this, so we go the extra mile to offer a responsive, flexible and friendly service.
As a seller, your Sales Manager is In your in-branch contact, who will be with you every step of the way. That means from the moment you instruct to the moment you complete, you won’t ever get passed to a ‘progress/ call centre’.
You’ll have their in-branch direct dial
telephone number, as well as being able to pop in and see them if there is anything you ever need to discuss face-to-face - which happens quite a lot!
Our Sales Managers are lovely and caring, not to mention highly trained and very experienced. They will be responsible for all viewings feedback and their skills in negotiation ensure you get the best price from your offeree and they are able to guide and advise you no matter the issue.
They are able to give you the time and attention you need and deserve, because they only look after 50 Vendors at any one time. This is often
less than half the industry average. Most Sales Managers ‘pass’ the property on to a ‘Sales Progressor’ or ‘Progress entre’ when your property is sold subject to contract (SST ), but not at Redbrik. Our Sales Managers are there to ensure that the sale completes by ensuring solicitors, mortgage advisors and anyone in the chain is kept up-to-date with what is happening and making sure everyone is doing what they should be.
The constant flow of flowers, chocolates and wine into the offces seem to suggest that our Sales Managers do an amazing job, often going above and beyond expectations.
