ABOUT US
We are Redbrik – an independent estate agency aiming to do things a little di erently.
Redbrik was founded in January 2013 by our directors and experienced agents, Mark Ross and Julie Bulheller, built on an ethos of honesty, unrivalled customer service and innovative marketing.
At Redbrik we are focused on getting every client the best deal and just generally being nice people. We pride ourselves on dispelling the jargon and giving the best possible advice tailored to each individual. Our knowledge, service and presentation get the results vendors and landlords deserve.
We believe that we have got to have the best marketing, both on and o ine, to be a successful estate agent – which is why we are experts in both. Providing a range of options that include professional brochures, a solid social media presence, 3D

Redbrik was founded
Walkthroughs, drone photography and advertorials, we know how to make a property look its best while gaining as much exposure for your home as possible.
In addition, our website (www.redbrik. co.uk) provides a fully responsive platform to showcase properties, alongside unique features such as photo plans, which aid and enhance the buying experience.
Since opening our rst branch, we have enjoyed continual success, expanding into three She eld
o ces at Crystal Peaks, Millhouses and Kelham Island, and a substantially larger o ce in Chester eld to accommodate company growth. In 2015, our business further expanded into the lettings market. Our
dedicated service provides Landlords and Tenants with outstanding customer service from our professional team, o ering a personalised approach, skilled negotiation and excellent communication between
all parties. This area of the business has grown exponentially over the last couple of years, and our experienced sta continue to o er the best service to our Landlords and Tenants.
We continue to go from strength
to strength. Starting with just two directors in one small o ce, we now employ more than 40 members of sta and provide our services across She eld, Chester eld and North Derbyshire.
