Our expert Lettings team will provide Tenants and Landlords with a concierge style service, entirely tailored to each individual.
With detailed knowledge of the properties on our lettings portfolio, our negotiators understand what each Landlord is looking for in a Tenant and will go the extra mile to ensure they nd the perfect match. For Tenants, our negotiators will handle your
lettings journey from beginning to end to ensure your move goes as smoothly as possible. They will accompany you on property viewings, answering any questions you might have, guide you through the referencing process and provide you with regular updates. You will go through a thorough sign up appointment to make you aware of your obligations.
For Landlords, our experienced
negotiators o er a full management service which includes property inspections on your behalf, dealing with maintenance enquiries and carrying out check-ins and check-outs.
We believe in o ering a personal, consistent service with one negotiator dealing with properties from beginning to end – and it’s proven
to work extremely well both for our Tenants and our Landlords.
