Not many people can say they have two last names but it's not just a name to me. Knowing there is someone wholesome enough to love me no matter my last name or blood type is a special kind of love that I will never be able to put into words. My adoption story has made me aware of pure unconditional love and has helped me embrace my unique qualities and to know just how special I am!

Music. There is a song for every feeling one feels and even though I may only sound like Adele in the shower, music has helped me through so much. From worshiping God or just jamming out, music gives me a sense of peace for whatever comes next.

The compliment I received was someone said "you are as pretty on the inside, as you are on the outside". I have always strived to have a beautiful heart and to help others see the beauty within themselves as well. To have someone really “see” me made my day and continues to remind me that inward beauty shines brighter.
