The best advice I ever received was from my dad and it has always stuck with me. He once told me, “When you cannot do what you want to do, do what you know how to do.” That advice has carried me through various trials of my life.

My greatest accomplishment was overcoming bullying when I was younger and learning how to love myself while choosing to fill my circle with people who support me and help me remain true to who I am.

A moment that shocked me was winning Miss Germantown Teen because I had hoped I would be chosen, but I was so surprised and honored when I heard my name called.
