Hand UP: From Hungry to Healthy supports those who live in food insecure households in Tennessee. My goal is to educate, involve, and help as many people as possible on the subject of food insecurity.

As a part of Leadership University it was required to complete the COPE retreat (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) which pushed me way outside my comfort zone. It definitely was challenging and I'm proud of myself for completing it and what I learned from it.

I can't live without the two best cats in the world, Milo & Pig. They make me laugh everyday and are always entertaining.
