• No home is safe from termites because termite treatments break down over time.
• Bait treatments may or may not be effective against termite infestations.
• Identifying conducive conditions around the home will help prevent termite infestations.
• Remove areas of old wood and fire wood.
• Eliminate excess moisture around the home.
• Keep mulch 12”+ away from foundation walls.
• Have an annual termite inspection performed by a professional.
