Itemized criminal acts, constitute illegal business practices ultra vires to California Corporate
Charter No. A0739073, by engaging in combination and conspiracy to extort labor and services
without compensation, acts declared to be felonious, and illegal. Restraint of trade offenses as
defined by United States law, encompass interference in trade and commerce by violence,
threats, coercion, and intimidation. Every act is subject to fine up to $100,000,000 against
California Corporate Charter No. A0739073 or by imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, or by both. 26 Stat. 209
