Administrator WILLIAMS, HELEN ELIZABETH, participated in interstate commercial sex trafficking by aiding and abetting the unlawful conversion of United States Currency Notes to benefit Wright, Finlay, & Zak LLP., and disadvantage Ralph Bendel Neal®, by forcible rape through the interjection of her opinions, and the removal of Ralph Bendel Neal from the Civilian Revenue Office and interference in trade and commerce by extortion of rights under color of authority..
Administrator WILLIAMS, HELEN ELIZABETH, while serving in the capacity of a judge, compromised her ethical and moral duties in the commission of crimes against an older man in his capacity as Natural Person Civilian, Grantor, Settlor, Trustor, and Financial Institution Officer, to legally practice law from the bench, while acting in the capacity of a judge, to cause harm at the detriment against Ralph Bendel Neal®, a high misdemeanor offense.
Nemo judex in causa sua “No-one should be a judge in his own case." It is a principle of natural justice that no person can judge a case in which they have an interest.
The rule is very strictly applied to any appearance of a possible bias, even if there is actually none: "Justice must not only be done, but must be seen to be done".
The legal effect of a breach of natural justice is to render any judgment invalid.
